Your New Year’s Intention!

So, it is the start to a brand New Year and of course you we all do it, set our new years resolution. I have to ask why are these resolutions being made, when you know that you are not going to commit to your resolution. Would you like to happy new year images 2022 start the year off with some tips to help you not only set your resolutions but also meet your intentions by the end of this year so you can accomplish even more goals by next year.

Let us start with the first New Year Intention

Start off with where you want to be by the end of the year. You want to do this first so you can know what you need to do to reach your goal. It is important that you set a good intention that is reachable and attainable. You do this so that you have something to aim for throughout the year so that at the end of the year you know what you may need to do the following year to reach your goal. Let’s not be negative here so that is why you want to start off with clear set intentions.

The Second New Years Intention is to set up your monthly goals to reach your by the end of the year intention.

Why do you want to do this? So, you can set your monthly intentions to reach your year end goal. You know what and where you want to be at the end of 365 days so now you have to break down the process to a 12 month basis. This is really beneficial in the New Year Intention process so you can see what you need to do on a monthly basis to reach your goal. This process should also be attainable and your ability to do them should be easy.

Setting your daily and weekly new years intention

Finally, New Years Intention is to set your weekly and daily goals. You may be tired of me saying this but this is a very important step. You already know where you want to be at the end of the year and you know how you want to get there on a monthly basis, now you need to work on reaching those goals on a weekly and daily basis. How are you going to set your goals up? Get your calendar and write out your goals in every day block that you see just for that week that you are in. You do this so that you can see what you are actually doing each day and what you are attempting to accomplish in a weekly basis.

If you miss one of your daily goals or didn’t accomplish all of your daily goals during the week, add it to your set of goals you are setting up for next week. Remember, you should be writing out your daily goals each week as this in turn will become your weekly goals. Using your calendar, work on the goals you set for the day. If you accomplish that goal go onto the next days goal and start working on it. You can never do too much for your intentions, but try not to do less because once you start that process it is hard to stop, SO DON’T DO IT TO BEGIN WITH!

In all, I have laid down some great tips, that are simple, yet manageable to attain with your New Year’s Intention. These tips are also great for any business that you are working in as well. You will need to remain consistent and repetitive in reaching your goals with your daily and weekly activities. The minute that you start slacking and taking a lot of breaks you will not reach and or accomplish your daily goals and then before you know it a New Year has arrived yet again and you are still right where you started, which is NO Where. Know where you want to be in live and where you want to go. This definitely helps in accomplishing any goal or New Year Intention that you are working on accomplishing.
